Job Description

NDT Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise NDT activities such as UT, RT, MT, PT, and VT
  • Plan, schedule, and execute inspection activities as per project requirements
  • Review and interpret NDT results and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications
  • Manage and guide NDT technicians and inspectors on-site
  • Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, and project teams
  • Ensure calibration and proper usage of NDT equipment
  • Maintain documentation, records, and inspection logs
  • Identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Support audits, client inspections, and third-party inspections
  • Ensure adherence to safety procedures during testing operations

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • ASNT Level II / Level III certification in relevant NDT methods

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of NDT methods and techniques (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT)
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM, etc.)
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Alignment Engineer
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform alignment of rotating equipment such as motors, pumps, compressors,
    and turbines
  • Conduct laser alignment activities
  • Inspect and verify alignment tolerances as per technical specifications
  • Maintain alignment reports and documentation
  • Coordinate with maintenance and project teams for installation and
    commissioning
  • Troubleshoot misalignment issues and implement corrective measures
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities
  • Assist in shutdown and turnaround activities

JD – Vibration Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  •  Perform advanced vibration data collection and analysis on rotating and reciprocating equipment such as
    motors, pumps, fans, blowers, compressors, gearboxes, turbines, crushers, and mills.
  •  Diagnose complex machinery faults including unbalance, misalignment, looseness, bearing and gear
    failures, resonance, structural defects, and process-induced vibration.
  •  Analyze FFT, time waveform, phase, orbit, envelope/demodulation, and trend data for fault identification
    and severity assessment.
  •  Design, implement, and optimize CBM vibration monitoring programs (route-based and online systems).
  •  Prepare comprehensive diagnostic reports with clear fault descriptions, severity grading, and actionable
    maintenance recommendations.
  •  Validate maintenance actions through post-repair and acceptance vibration measurements.
  •  Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) for repetitive or major equipment failures.
  •  Support commissioning and baseline vibration studies for new or overhauled machinery.
  •  Mentor, guide, and technically review the work of junior vibration analysts.
  •  Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and reliability teams to implement corrective actions.
  •  Ensure compliance with safety standards, site procedures, and ISO/ASTM guidelines.
  • Educational Requirements:
    BE/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
    ISO 18436-2 Vibration Analyst – Category II or Category III (Mandatory)
    Experience
  • 5–10 years of hands-on experience in vibration analysis and CBM implementation

HR Recruiter

Roles & Responsibilities:
