Requirement: 500 candidates

Joining Date: Immediately.

• Monthly salary range: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (depending on services provided)
• Full-time live-in positions: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
• Part-time daily help: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month
• Specialized services (elderly care, childcare): ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
• Base earnings remain as above
• Extra income through app-based services (to be launched soon): ₹200 – ₹500 per service
• Safety Measures for Helpers (Especially Women)Comprehensive Safety Protocols:
  • Background verification of all employer families
  • 24/7 helpline for emergency support
  • Weekly check-ins with helpers
  • Optional GPS tracking during travel for added safety
  • Legal support for dispute resolution
  • Insurance coverage for medical emergencies
  • Assistance with safe accommodation arrangements
  • Buddy system – helpers from the same region connected for mutual support
    
    Nature of Work – Clear Job Descriptions Primary Services:

    Working Conditions:
    • 8–10 hour working days with proper breaks
