• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Preference will be given to candidates with relevant field experience in mobilization/community outreach.
• Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month

2. Trainer – IT Help Desk

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate
• Experience: Preference to candidates with prior training or IT support experience
• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month

3. Trainer – Data Entry Operator

• Experience: Preference to candidates with experience in data entry training or similar roles

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through loan disbursements and promotion of the company’s products.
• Ensure timely collection of instalment payments from customers.
• Expand the customer base by identifying and onboarding new clients.
• Conduct meetings with customers/clients to discuss product offerings and address their needs effectively.

 Eligibility Criteria:

• Age: 18 to 35 years.
• Qualification: Minimum 10+2 or equivalent.
• Location: Work will be within 40 to 80 km radius from the candidate’s place of residence.
• Language: Fluent in Odia (Speaking & Reading)
