Job Descriptions:

1. Company Name: 2050 Healthcare

Position: Homecare Attendants 

Qualifications: 7th Pass Mentioned below is the JD and our requirement analysis in brief for your reference.

• The Attendants are expected to assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, oral care, nail care, sponging, diaper change, dressing etc. at their homes.
• He/she should help the patient in their toiletry activities as per the patient’s requirement.
• He/she should take care of feeding, diet plan & medication of the patients, as dictated by the medical practitioner of the Patient and guided by the patient’s family.
• They must maintain proper hygiene of the patient. He/She should wash the patients clothes ( in a washing machine) as a part of patients hygiene 
• The Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the patient’s room such that the patient is safe from infections.
• They may provide basic health services such as-monitoring patient’s vitals.
• The Home Care Attendants have to be on 24 hours’ allocation at client’s premises (this includes 12 Hours Duty & 12 hours of compulsory rest).

•  Critical Care Allowances are daily allowances provided based on candidate’s efficiency in handling the patients, client’s feedback on performance, staff mannerism & dedication towards the duty
•  Leave Allowance is given in case candidates do not avail leaves
•  Increments are subjective to performance & client feedback

2. Company Name:  LSB GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS

• Marketing: 50 positions with commission-based compensation (20% per student).
• Management: 5 positions, salary of 10,000 per month.
• Teaching Staff: 40 positions for PGT, TGT, Graduate, and Computer Teachers (teaching subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, History, Geography, and Plus-Two level courses). Compensation is subject-wise.
• Non-Teaching Staff: 5 positions including Data Entry, Receptionist, Peon, Catering Chef, and Caretaker. Salary ranges from 4,000 to 5,000 per month.
